Glue the side frills on either side of the face behind the face frills or on top, whatever, it's your mask , the triangle frill on the top of the head and the "t" shape on the front of the dragon mask face.

With the hole punch, decide where your kiddo needs their support based on where their ears are since the yarn will need to go over their ears and punch the holes accordingly on each side of the dragon mask.
